How do I participate in the referral program?
To participate, simply sign up by clicking the Join now button. Once you're logged in, you'll receive a unique referral link that you can share with your friends and family via email, social media, or messaging apps.
What rewards do I receive for referring friends?
You'll earn bigger rewards as more of your referred friends make a purchase:

1st successful referral: Receive a 20% discount voucher.

5th successful referral: Receive a 30% discount voucher.

10th successful referral: Receive a 50% discount voucher.
Once you've reached the final reward tier, the cycle starts again. Your next successful referral will earn you another 15% discount voucher, allowing you to continue earning rewards every time your friends shop.
What do my friends get when I refer them?
Your friends will receive a 20% discount on their first purchase when they use your unique referral link.
Is there a limit to how many friends I can refer?
No, there's no limit! You can refer as many friends as you'd like. The more friends you refer, the more rewards you earn.
How do I know if my friend made a purchase using my referral link?
You'll receive an email notification once your friend's purchase is confirmed. You can also track your referrals and rewards in your referral dashboard when you log in to your account.
How long do I need to wait before my voucher is available?
Your voucher will be issued 21 days after your friend's purchase is complete. This waiting period allows time for any returns or cancellations to be processed before the reward is released.
Can I refer someone who has already purchased from the store before?
Our referral program is designed for new customers. You can refer friends who are new to our store and haven't made a purchase before.
What if my friend didn't use my referral link but made a purchase?
To ensure you receive credit for referrals, your friends must use your unique referral link when making their first purchase. They should also use the coupon code tagged to your unique referral link when they make that purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot apply referral rewards retrospectively.
Are there any restrictions on sharing my referral link publicly?
We encourage you to share your referral link with your personal network. However, posting your referral link on coupon websites is prohibited and may result in disqualification from the referral program.
How do I opt out of the referral program communications?
If you'd like to opt out of referral program emails or notifications, you can adjust your communication preferences in your account settings or contact our support team for assistance.
Can the referral scheme be changed or withdrawn?
Yes. We reserve the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the referral scheme, or update its terms and conditions, at any time without prior notice. Any valid rewards earned before the scheme is withdrawn will be honoured in accordance with the terms and conditions.
